As we usually do at this time of the year, here is CMP's semi-annual update on BleuChip's performance. As you know we are in the middle of our second contract with BleuChip. Speaking with Audience Development, our publishers and my Distribution staff, BleuChip passed once again with flying colors.

With our Canadian copy mailing of over 600,000 copies annually and our Foreign copy mailing of over 210,000 copies annually our titles are once again extremely satisfied with BleuChip as our International Remailer.

BleuChip has also handled over 200 incremental bulk shipments annually for us. The service standards outlined in our contract have always been met. And Audience Development remarked that upon a subscriber inquiry BleuChip has responded timely and has always made sound suggestions when needed. We all agreed those issues are minimal at best.

I want to extend a sincere thanks to you and your staff for making this aspect of my job one of the easiest for my staff and I.
