Dear Eric,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy I am with BleuChip International.

As you know, back in 2002, I moved our International and Canadian subscriber distribution to BleuChip in an effort to get back the quality of service I enjoyed at YellowStone International prior to being purchased by Duetsche Post.

The transition to BleuChip was effortless and to this day I continue to receive a high level of service. This excellent service led to my decision to move all of our domestic subscriber distribution to BleuChip International in the Summer of 2004.

In addition, my Customer Service Representative is excellent, always helpful and responsive. Plus, your online features are a great help to me as well.

I will be more than happy to speak directly with any prospective customers regarding my positive experiences with your company.

Sincerely,

Flight Delays in Europe

The air traffic control service (NATS) has confirmed that UK airspace will remain closed until 01:00 (UK local time) on 17th April due to ash clouds from a volcanic eruption in Iceland. No flights in or out of the UK will therefore be operating today.

LONDON – British airport operator BAA Ltd. says all flights at London's Heathrow Airport have been suspended for the rest of the day, causing travel chaos as ash clouds from Iceland's spewing volcano halted air traffic across Europe. A BAA spokesman said Thursday that no further flights are expected to arrive or land at the airport, which is Europe's busiest. Heathrow handles over 1,200 flights and 180,000 passengers per day and remains closed until 06:00 GMT Friday April 16.
